If you are planning on picking up your items from our studio in Marmong Point, we will organise a time with you to collect during the design process.

The length of your hire period depends on when the items are needed next. Our standard return date is 1-3 days after your event.

We understand that accidents do sometimes happen. In the unlikely event that loss or damage to any of our equipment occurs, you will be invoiced for the replacement cost of the missing or damaged items. Replacement cost is based on the recommended retail price for the item as advised by Designs to Adore.

We take bookings up to 12 months in advance but we are happy to pencil your date in earlier and will send you a quote at the 12 month mark to avoid your preferred item booking out.

Not all of our signage stands dismantle so you will need at least a sedan with the back seats folded down to fit. If you are unsure if they will squeeze into your car, please let us know the model and we can let you know!
